For a winery in Twann, a cute village near Lake Biel, I had the opportunity to design a wine label for their unique Chasselas Orange. Although traditionally a white grape variety, this Chasselas is crafted using a process typically reserved for red wines by fermenting the juice together with the grape skins. This special technique not only gives the wine its distinct orange hue but also enhances its complexity and character, setting it apart from more conventional white wines. The label design aimed to reflect both the modernity behind the winemaking process and the traditional imagery of the jester.
